What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operational readiness for viral vector drug product and sterile fill/finish in a cGMP environment.
• Oversee drug product technology transfers, new product introductions (NPI), and major operational initiatives.
• Establish and sustain a site-wide drug product platform with harmonized procedures and performance systems.
• Develop and mentor a team specialized in aseptic processing and fill/finish operations.
• Develop long-term strategic plans by translating pipeline demand into capacity scenarios and resource models.
• Collaborate with Quality, MSAT, and Validation to ensure robust deviation management and inspection readiness.

Requirements

• Expertise in drug product and sterile fill/finish operations within a multi-product GMP environment.
• Proven experience in capacity modeling and translating program requirements into executable operational strategies.
• Experience establishing drug product/fill-finish platform governance and stage-gate processes.
• Deep understanding of sterile manufacturing and viral vector drug product considerations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional decision-making in CDMO environments.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Houston, TX.
