What you will do

• Manage laboratory personnel and oversee metrology, calibration, and instrumentation programs.
• Coordinate instrument installation, commissioning, and IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
• Manage service agreements and procurement for laboratory instruments and consumables.
• Oversee Computer System Validation (CSV) and software qualification for lab systems.
• Author and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
• Maintain reference standard and critical reagent management programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in pharma or biotech regulatory environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing laboratory operations or metrology functions.
• Experience supporting analytical labs in cGMP-regulated environments.
• Proficiency in qualification and maintenance of HPLC, UHPLC, GC, and spectroscopic instruments.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or Biology.
• Experience with CSV and laboratory asset management systems.
