Bookkeeper (Finance)

What you will do

• Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders.
• Prepare payments in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Open and maintain vendor records in the ERP system.
• Communicate with suppliers and perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Procurement and FP&A teams.
• Support SOX-compliant internal controls, documentation, audits, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or vendor bookkeeping, preferably in a high-tech or global company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Bookkeeping certification: Type 2 required; Type 3 is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOX or internal control frameworks.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• VAT compliance experience for non-Israeli entities.
• German language skills.
