What you will do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and employee permissions across field and corporate populations.
• Advise managers and employees on workplace issues, policies, performance, and disciplinary procedures.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims from incident reporting through return-to-work coordination with payroll, legal, and insurance partners.
• Reinforce robot safety and safe equipment operation practices while tracking certifications and compliance requirements.
• Lead benefits, compliance, and people programs while improving workflows with Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance.
• Coordinate with the on-site EOR and manage vendor relationships and high-volume operational HR projects.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of HR Generalist or HR Manager experience supporting both hourly or field and professional or office workforces.
• Knowledge of Mexico employment laws, regulatory requirements, benefits, and payroll processes.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong collaboration, judgment, discretion, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify operational gaps, improve processes, work independently, and navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to advise employees and managers at all organizational levels while maintaining confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment.
