HR Generalist (Mexico)

HR Generalist (People Operations): Supporting HR Business Partners in the US and LATAM regions with an accent on employee relations and program execution. Focus on coordinating performance management cycles, managing onboarding/offboarding processes, and delivering data-driven HR insights.
Location: Remote (must be based in Mexico)

What you will do
- Manage employee relations by partnering with leaders to implement HRBP guidance and handle complex cases.
- Coordinate performance management cycles, goal setting, and compensation data consolidation.
- Oversee non-ops onboarding and offboarding, including new hire check-ins and exit interviews.
- Track workforce trends and prepare quarterly HR dashboards to provide actionable recommendations.
- Support internal team transfers and ensure HRIS accuracy across various business units.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR coordination or people programs.
- Must be based in Mexico.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience working with HRIS data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information independently.
- Experience supporting remote-first teams across multiple regions.
