What you will do

• Manage employee relations by partnering with leaders to implement HRBP guidance and handle complex cases.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, goal setting, and compensation data consolidation.
• Oversee non-ops onboarding and offboarding, including new hire check-ins and exit interviews.
• Track workforce trends and prepare quarterly HR dashboards to provide actionable recommendations.
• Support internal team transfers and ensure HRIS accuracy across various business units.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR coordination or people programs.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience working with HRIS data.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information independently.
• Experience supporting remote-first teams across multiple regions.
