Accounts Payable Analyst (Maternity Cover) - H/M/X

What you will do

• Process, review, and validate vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and supplier debit balances, resolving discrepancies with vendors.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payment of overdue items.
• Post journal entries, maintain accounting master data, and review bank and credit card reconciliation interfaces.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, accruals, management reporting, and fixed-asset monitoring.
• Prepare documentation for internal, external, local, and group audits, and support ERP improvements and system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in a similar accounting or accounts payable role, ideally in a fast-growing company with an international presence.
• Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas.
• Good level of English required.
• Strong attention to the accuracy and adequacy of accounting and financial records, including VAT, sales, intercompany transactions, depreciations, and taxes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Business Central.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of another European language.
