What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve internal tools, services, and pipelines used by engineers and QA specialists globally.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from initial analysis and design through to testing, release, and iteration.
• Contribute to technical architecture, focusing on API design, security, reliability, and operational support.
• Refactor and optimize existing systems to improve maintainability and reduce technical debt.
• Write high-quality code, comprehensive automated tests, and clear technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and studios to troubleshoot issues and gather user feedback.

Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level experience with C++, C#, or similar languages.
• Strong proficiency in software design, debugging, source control, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to debug complex issues across various environments, integrations, and workflows.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Pragmatic approach to making trade-offs between delivery speed and long-term system health.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom for hybrid or remote flexibility.
