What you will do

• Lead the architectural development and planning of audio-related features and complex game systems.
• Translate creative intent into highly performant game systems optimized for mobile hardware.
• Own the profiling and optimization of critical code to ensure technical stability and performance.
• Act as a guardian of technical standards by performing constructive code reviews and identifying bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads in engineering, UX, art, and QA to bring features to life.
• Advocate for and implement new engine technologies and coding best practices within Unity and C#.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in Unity and C#.
• Proficiency in C# .NET and experience with AWS.
• Strong experience in profiling and optimizing code for performance.
• Ability to drive the planning and architecture of complex technical systems.
• Proven track record in game development for mobile platforms.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in Leamington Spa, UK
