What you will do

• Develop clear diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans for QA systems and processes.
• Build and maintain QA automation frameworks following architectural guidelines and industry best practices.
• Implement full-stack automation across frontend, backend, and databases using tools like Selenium and Playwright.
• Create and organize manual test cases as precursors to automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide performance updates to senior management and the Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in software testing, preferably within SaaS organizations.
• Proficiency in modern automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Experience with relational databases including MySQL and Postgres.
• Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience with alternative datastores like OpenSearch or Redshift.
• Knowledge of CJIS compliance.
• Background in public safety or emergency communications.
• Familiarity with AI-driven platform security considerations.
