Location: Hybrid role based in Avon, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $24.46–$33.64 per hour, equivalent to approximately $3,914–$5,382 per month.

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions about benefit eligibility, coverage, and plan administration.
  • Coordinate with employees, site teams, the benefits team, and other HR stakeholders to resolve benefits-related requests.
  • Maintain benefit elections and deductions in the payroll system, including weekly file uploads and arrears reporting.
  • Audit benefit files, validate deductions, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate data transfers.
  • Prepare and distribute paid sick leave reports and review state sick leave processes with new project site teams.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to Senior Benefits Analysts or the Leave Advisor.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or a related area.
  • Working knowledge of FMLA eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and determination timelines.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA requirements.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented administrative work with accuracy and consistency.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Ability to process benefits transactions and communicate eligibility decisions clearly to employees and managers.

Nice to have

  • PHR or another relevant HR certification.
  • Experience with JDE E1, Workday, or a similar HRIS.
