Program Manager, Avionics (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid role based in Fort Worth, Texas, USA; legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

What you will do

• Manage customer programs and act as the primary company representative for assigned aviation customers.
• Lead delivery across schedules, scope, risks, opportunities, milestones, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate program reviews and key design milestones, including PDRs and CDRs.
• Partner with engineering, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support proposals, strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-functional project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a similar program management role.
• Previous commercial aviation experience, including aviation systems, ISPs, or complex aircraft installations.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Ability to legally work in the United States without sponsorship and pass a post-offer DOT drug test.

Nice to have

• Experience with aircraft certification programs such as FAA, EASA, or TCCA.
• Familiarity with aircraft engineering drawings and documentation.
• Experience with commercial aviation IFEC products or services.
