What you will do

• Sell hirify.global Enterprise Platform to global enterprise customers.
• Meet individual sales quotas and objectives.
• Manage a book of business, including documenting buying criteria, determining motion patterns, and ensuring pipeline accuracy.
• Lead pre- and post-sales processes and contribute to win/loss analysis.
• Travel to customer sites as required (30% - 50%).

Requirements

• Experience selling enterprise software.
• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to leverage established relationships for sales success.

Nice to have

• Experience with open source, APIs, and/or infrastructure software.
