What you will do

• Support S&OE escalations by assessing inventory, allocation effectiveness, future stock, and customer priorities.
• Analyze fill-rate root causes and clean orders to identify fulfilment issues.
• Coordinate with Order Management to resolve order-related problems.
• Work with collections, finance, distribution centers, and transport management teams to resolve credits, customer setup, delivery, capacity, and booking issues.
• Support inventory management, fulfilment processes, operational excellence, and local or regional cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Order Management, Operations, or Supply Chain, preferably in fast-paced or seasonal retail environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and related processes.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and functions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, customer service, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer needs, adapt to ambiguity, and collaborate across cultures.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cognos, Tableau, and SQL queries.
• Experience delivering products to retailers in fast-paced or seasonal businesses.
