What you will do

• Lead the R&D funnel discovery process from ideation to scalable results.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Generate and prioritize hypotheses for new acquisition funnels.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers to define messaging angles, hooks, and creative directions.
• Analyze early-stage funnel performance and derive actionable insights to build scalable playbooks.
• Coordinate with Product, UA, Analytics, and Engineering teams to launch and scale experiments.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar growth-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with paid user acquisition funnels.
• Proven experience in generating and validating growth hypotheses and analyzing conversion metrics.
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience launching new products or acquisition funnels from scratch.
• Experience working within R&D or Growth teams.
• Background in EdTech or with subscription-based products.
• Experience collaborating on creative strategy and using funnel-building tools.
