What you will do

• Manage the daily flow of purchase orders from release to material delivery following standard operating procedures.
• Monitor supplier performance regarding on-time delivery (OTD) and quality.
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system, executing expediting, pull-ins, and push-outs as required.
• Develop reports and trend analysis schedules to track major purchasing objectives and generate monthly KPI metrics.
• Perform analysis of handled parts to reduce excess and obsolete inventories.
• Contribute to high-impact project and process improvements to meet business unit goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a Business-related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• Fluent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills, specifically the ability to work with pivot tables and charts.
• Intermediate MS PowerPoint knowledge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location.
