What you will do
- Build scalable SEO systems for internal linking, sitemaps, and automated content optimization across millions of URLs.
- Develop custom tools, scrapers, and dashboards using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or PHP to automate data pulls and analysis.
- Implement AI-native workflows using LLMs and automation to scale SEO investigations and growth.
- Manage crawl and indexation health by analyzing server access logs and building early-warning monitoring systems.
- Diagnose and optimize page speed and full-stack performance, from browser rendering to server-side delivery.
- Act as the technical liaison between SEO and engineering, writing clear specs and guiding architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical SEO with proven results on high-velocity sites with 1M+ indexed URLs.
- Ability to write code (JS/TS, Python, or PHP) to build automations and scrapers.
- Deep understanding of HTTP, networking, CDNs (e.g., Cloudflare Workers), caching, and modern JS frameworks.
- Strong data skills for interrogating large datasets (access logs, GSC, analytics) and building reports.
- Must be based in or able to work within European timezones.
- Strong communication skills to make complex technical problems actionable for developers and leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-native or LLM-powered tooling for SEO at scale.
- Track record of running large-scale SEO experiments.
- Experience with B2C platforms, job boards, or online marketplaces.
- Experience managing data pipelines or observability stacks (e.g., BigQuery).
- International and multi-language SEO expertise.
