Senior Technical SEO (AI)

Location: WFH in the Philippines; listed locations include Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, and Cebu. Work schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM UK time / 4:00 PM–1:00 AM Philippines time.

What you will do

• Own and maintain documented SEO strategies for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Lead technical SEO audits, keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Oversee on-page, technical, and off-page recommendations with content and outreach teams.
• Apply AI, LLM, AI Overview, and generative search developments to client SEO strategies and workflows.
• Produce monthly performance reports, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Mentor junior SEO specialists, support onboarding and pitches, and contribute to SEO best practices.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of progressive SEO experience in a digital agency environment.
• Strong technical SEO skills, including audits and implementation across multiple CMS platforms.
• Practical understanding of AI and LLM effects on search and organic strategy.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, Looker Studio, and reporting tools.
• Ability to present SEO strategy and performance clearly to non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple accounts.
• Comfort working remotely with a hybrid UK/Philippines team across time zones.

• Experience in regulated industries such as iGaming, finance, legal, or healthcare.
