Senior SEO Manager (AI)

Location: Work from home in the Philippines; schedule aligned with UK and Philippines time zones, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM UK time / 4:00 PM–1:00 AM Philippines time.

hirify.global provides agency-based services for client accounts, primarily in regulated industries including finance, iGaming, legal, and healthcare.

What you will do

• Own and maintain documented SEO strategies for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Lead technical SEO audits, keyword research, content gap analysis, competitor benchmarking, and on-page, technical, and off-page recommendations.
• Monitor algorithm updates, AI-driven search features, AI Overviews, and generative search experiences, applying relevant insights to client strategies.
• Produce monthly performance reports, track KPIs, and translate data into commercial recommendations.
• Maintain account records, manage time and delivery risks, and support client onboarding and new business proposals.
• Share SEO best practices and mentor junior SEO team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Strong technical SEO skills, including audits and implementation across multiple CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI and large language models and their impact on search.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, Looker Studio, and reporting tools.
• Strong presentation, organisation, attention-to-detail, client management, and multi-account coordination skills.
• Comfort working remotely from the Philippines with a UK/Philippines time-zone schedule.

• Experience in iGaming, finance, legal, or healthcare.
