Senior Manager, Regional Security (Physical Security)

Location: Hybrid role based in a California office in San Mateo, San Diego, Aliso Viejo, or Los Angeles, with an expectation to work in-office an average of 2 days per week. Occasional regional travel and evening or weekend work may be required.

Salary: $150,700–$226,100 USD base pay, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a regional team of physical security professionals across the Americas.
• Oversee security programs, policies, risk assessments, site reviews, and emergency preparedness across offices and studios.
• Lead or support workplace security incidents, investigations, crisis response, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reporting.
• Manage third-party security providers, contractors, budgets, resources, and service quality.
• Plan security operations and provide on-site incident management for hirify.global events, activations, and executive engagements.
• Partner with HR, IT, Workplace, Legal, global security teams, leadership, and external security organizations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security operations, investigations, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience managing security initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, team development, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to assess complex situations, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively during incidents.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or third-party security providers.
• Familiarity with crisis management, emergency response, and event security operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, gaming, entertainment, or another fast-paced global organization.
• CPP or a similar industry certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
