What you will do

• Manage inbound inquiries in English and Spanish to guide students through the enrollment pipeline.
• Recommend suitable training programs based on individual student goals and interests.
• Educate prospective students on available funding options, including VA Education Benefits and state workforce programs.
• Perform lead follow-ups to build trust and increase enrollment conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate student records and coordinate with campus staff using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or consultative sales.
• Proven ability to handle objections and close enrollments over the phone.
• Experience using CRM or call-tracking systems.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Argentina, Honduras, or Peru.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.

• Experience in admissions at vocational, trade, or career schools.
