What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and launch of a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Optimize digital learning journeys through effective content structure and organization.
• Collaborate with AI teams to automate content strategy, personalization, and maintenance workflows.
• Manage platform administration, including content governance, QA, and publishing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to SCORM/xAPI, learner access, and tracking.
• Analyze learner insights and performance data to continuously improve global learning delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 3-6+ years of experience in customer education or learning technology within a global SaaS organization.
• 3+ years of experience administering or configuring LMS/LXP platforms.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and experience with APIs and reporting tools like PowerBI.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and information hierarchy.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, or Python.
• Experience with Content Management Tools (Contentful, FreshDesk) or Digital Adoption Platforms (WalkMe).
• Proficiency in UX prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience managing the end-to-end implementation of new learning technologies.
