What you will do

• Build electro-mechanical assemblies from CAD models, drawings, and work instructions using hand tools, torque equipment, crimp tools, adhesives, and labellers.
• Route, label, secure, and repair electrical harnesses and apply serial numbers to tracked assets.
• Configure and test sensors, actuators, communication devices, compute assemblies, and integrated robotic systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, PCB repair equipment, and command-line tooling.
• Execute validation scripts, compile source code from Git repositories, and document test results.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and leadership to improve build speed, reliability, safety, and quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly or prototype development.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems, ideally in robotics, aerospace, or automotive.
• Ability to work in a Unix environment using shell or Bash and Git, GitLab, or GitHub.
• Ability to read CAD documentation, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with tools, fixtures, soldering, torqueing, PCB work, and electrical testing.
• Strong attention to detail, build quality, safety, organization, and real-time problem solving.
