What you will do

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
• Monitor immigration regulations, internal documentation, products, and services for ongoing compliance.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including business travel and sponsorship cases.
• Handle escalations, assess when senior review is required, and guide complex cases to resolution.
• Improve immigration processes through automation, documentation, and effective use of case management and billing systems.

Requirements

• Professional experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or a similar immigration-focused role.
• Strong understanding of immigration procedures and compliance requirements.
• Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse clients.
• Fluent English and native French are required.
• Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient during periods of increased workload, with an interest in expanding global immigration expertise.
