What you will do

• Conduct client calls to answer legal questions and provide case status updates within established guidelines.
• Explain legal processes and next steps to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Review, track, and edit draft immigration applications based on instructions from Senior Attorneys.
• Perform detailed legal research on immigration law topics.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate necessary edits and ensure submission quality.
• Meet daily performance goals for case reviews and client interactions.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member in good standing of a state bar.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Dropbox.
• Ability to follow detailed directions and remain goal-oriented.
