What you will do

• Manage client escalations independently and identify firm risks for legal leadership.
• Maintain and document scripts, FAQs, and client communication processes to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Staff Attorneys to update legal guidance based on changes to USCIS policy and firm standards.
• Coordinate and deliver legal training to ensure consistent application of guidance across operational teams.
• Perform legal research on immigration law topics.
• Serve as a Legal SME for operational projects, supporting process mapping and policy implementation.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member in good standing of a state bar.
• 3-6 years of experience in immigration law.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Dropbox.
