Salary: $86,000 - $142,000

What you will do

• Drive implementation projects for compensation software, partnering closely with HR and Finance leaders.
• Own end-to-end project management, creating detailed plans and maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
• Act as a strategic advisor to help customers solve complex compensation challenges and establish scalable processes.
• Execute technical requirements including API integrations, data migration, and configurations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer needs and contribute to product evolution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a CSE, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep knowledge of JSON, HTML, SQL, and experience working with API integrations.
• Strong project management skills with a meticulous approach to execution.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from Project Managers to Heads of People and Finance.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or New York offices.
