What you will do
- Build maintainable and scalable tools for software developers.
- Design LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks for developer workflows.
- Integrate AI capabilities into the developer lifecycle.
- Design developer-facing Skills, Agents, Commands, and plugin architectures using MCP.
- Translate complex manual processes into automated, agentic constructs.
- Collect feedback, lead meetings, and influence other teams’ technical roadmaps with data-driven arguments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in backend, DevOps, platform engineering, or a similar area.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI or agentic systems.
- Deep knowledge of LLM orchestration, agentic framework design, MCP, plugin architectures, and developer workflows.
- High proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go or similar languages.
- Strong communication, time management, prioritization, and cross-team influencing skills.
- English proficiency is required.
