What you will do

• Process intercompany invoices, debit notes, and credit notes in accordance with company policies and SLAs.
• Ensure correct GL coding, tax treatment, and alignment with intercompany agreements.
• Perform monthly intercompany AP reconciliations to ensure balance matching with counterpart AR teams.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies before month-end deadlines.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for intercompany AP queries from internal teams, auditors, and global finance partners.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and AP processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict month-end deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
