What you will do

• Lead and develop a finance team to ensure high-quality operations.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity.
• Manage core accounting processes including journals, accruals, prepayments, and cash.
• Support intercompany, fixed assets, and statutory audit requirements.
• Partner with global teams across Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and Mobility.
• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen financial controls.

Requirements

• ACCA/CIMA qualification (part-qualified or qualified by experience).
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or JDE.
• Advanced Excel skills.
