What you will do

• Build, train, and ship detection models end-to-end, from raw data to production.
• Select the most effective method for each problem, ranging from traditional ML and deep learning to fine-tuned LLMs and agentic systems.
• Partner with security researchers to convert security research outputs and domain expertise into detection capabilities.
• Own the evaluation process by designing benchmarks, building labeled datasets, and defining production standards.
• Monitor production models across ML, deep learning, and LLM paradigms to ensure reliability and track degradation.
• Iterate rapidly through a tight feedback loop between model performance and product outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ML and deep learning experience with a track record of shipping models to production.
• Ability to define precise evaluation criteria to ensure quality and value in production environments.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems to production.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, HuggingFace, or equivalent libraries.
• Practical, applied mindset focused on success metrics and real-world impact.
• Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv
