What you will do

• Partner with the CSO to develop company strategy, market positioning, and business models to achieve category leadership.
• Maintain a comprehensive market intelligence backbone covering competitors, buyers, regulation, and AI/robotics shifts.
• Perform deep-dive quantitative analysis, build financial models, and author memos to inform critical leadership decisions.
• Own and execute key strategic initiatives from the initial thesis to the final shipped result.
• Drive the company's strategy cadence, including reviews and decision-making materials.
• Support the creation of board and investor materials to refine the company's market narrative.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
• Proven track record in a startup or high-growth tech company where you owned operational outcomes.
• Deep understanding of robotics and AI markets with the ability to communicate credibly with engineers and investors.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent writing ability to turn complex problems into crisp, actionable memos.
• Ability to operate effectively and comfortably close to founding leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within robotics, hardware, or applied AI.
• Technical or engineering educational background.
• Experience spanning both the investing and operating sides of business.
