What you will do

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture products from plastic and phenolic materials.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and job travelers.
• Load raw materials, replace tooling heads, use measuring tools, and monitor machine operations.
• Operate multiple machines while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Scan and receive finished products into inventory and support other department functions.
• Help train employees, maintain a positive work environment, and follow company safety policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of previous CNC operation experience.
• Ability to understand and follow applicable laws, regulations, policies, and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the manufacturing floor, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with managers and coworkers.
• Successful employment eligibility verification, background checks, and required pre-employment testing.

Nice to have

• Completion of a formal CNC machining program or apprenticeship.
