What you will do

• Manage multiple environmental compliance projects, including permitting, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage their expectations
• Ensure compliance with regulations from EPA, TCEQ, RRC, NMED, and NMOCD
• Coordinate technical staff (engineers, scientists, GIS specialists) and subcontractors
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, and financial performance
• Conduct site visits, compliance audits, and inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance or regulatory affairs
• Working knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations (EPA, TCEQ, RRC, etc.)
• Proven experience managing project budgets and client relationships
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites

Nice to have

• Professional certification (PMP, CHMM, PG or PE)
• Experience with federal programs, mining compliance, or litigation support
• Prior consulting experience for industrial, oil and gas, or government clients
