What you will do

• Lead discovery and definition of high-impact AI/ML problem spaces across teams, focusing on player value drivers.
• Own prioritization and roadmapping for multiple squads, balancing business impact, technical maturity, and resource constraints.
• Drive the end-to-end ML lifecycle from opportunity framing and evaluation design to deployment and monitoring.
• Partner with Data Science leaders to ensure statistical rigor in experimentation, modelling, and forecasting.
• Scale analytics solutions by transitioning high-ROI capabilities into production-grade systems with AI/ML Engineering.
• Mentor other analytics product leads and define best practices for analytics product management across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in digital product management.
• Proven experience shipping production-grade AI/ML products in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of data science workflows, including experimentation, forecasting, and value analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional squads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with analytics and data tools such as SQL and Python.
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and incrementality measurement frameworks.
• Expertise in CLV/LTV modelling and scenario forecasting.
• Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between model sophistication and operational complexity in production.
