What you will do

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for the Creative Engine, translating performance insights into a queryable data product.
• Define structured, queryable outputs from qualitative creative strategies.
• Partner with engineering to shape data models and pipelines across TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, Meta, and the creator portal.
• Design the system architecture for creative inspiration, integrating viral references and creator history.
• Specify user interfaces including dashboards, tag browsers, and Slack/Cowork integrations.
• Streamline UGC production into scalable systems and run structured creative tests to evolve formats.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management or a technical PM role bridging creative and engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of performance creative and UGC.
• Experience translating qualitative requirements into clear specs, data models, and roadmaps.
• Comfortable discussing schemas, pipelines, and APIs with engineers.
• Fluency with AI creative and dev tools, including LLMs and agentic tools like Claude Code.
• Must be based in US time zones.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in ad tech, creator economy, performance marketing, or marketplace platforms.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM-powered product features.
• Technical fluency in SQL and ability to read code.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Meta ad ecosystems and their APIs.
