Location: London, Cyprus or Dubai; some travel is expected, particularly during the first months.

What you will do

• Map, redesign and document core processes across sales, onboarding, compliance, finance and delivery.
• Own the architecture and health of ClickUp, SharePoint, Attio CRM and future business systems.
• Build approval workflows, intake forms, dashboards, permission models and automations.
• Develop API, webhook, event-driven and scheduled integrations using low-code tools and Python or JavaScript.
• Deliver recurring reporting and metrics for Finance, Commercial and Operations, ensuring data reconciliation.
• Align documented processes with regulatory obligations and control frameworks in partnership with Compliance and GRC.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business systems, business operations, process engineering or solutions engineering, with hands-on system implementation experience.
• Demonstrated success redesigning manual processes and shipping automated solutions.
• Technical fluency in REST APIs, authentication flows, JSON, webhooks and data modelling, plus the ability to write Python or JavaScript for integrations.
• Daily professional use of AI development tools such as Claude or Claude Code.
• Hands-on experience with at least one work-management platform and one CRM.
• Professional fluency in English.

• Management or operational consulting, transformation or post-merger integration experience.
• Financial services, fintech or other regulated-environment experience.
• Experience working across multiple legal entities or jurisdictions.
• SQL, BI tools, ERP or accounting systems experience.
