What you will do

• Design and build AI and agentic systems for detecting policy violations, compliance risks, and governance issues in ambiguous organizational data.
• Develop LLM-powered agents and pipelines that reason over large volumes of unstructured information.
• Architect knowledge graph systems that model organizational structures and relationships for agent use.
• Turn undefined problems into concrete technical approaches, defend architecture decisions, and deliver solutions with minimal oversight.
• Test, evaluate, and iterate on agent performance while applying engineering rigor to non-deterministic systems.
• Collaborate with the Org Intelligence team to bring AI-driven insights into governance and compliance product surfaces.

Requirements

• Track record of building and shipping AI systems, agentic workflows, models, or similar systems as a creator.
• Experience building or using knowledge graphs in production, including graph databases and query languages such as Neo4j/Cypher, RDF/SPARQL, or Amazon Neptune.
• Experience developing agents or LLM-based systems that reason over unstructured or ambiguous data.
• Hands-on experience with LLM provider APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic and agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with retrieval infrastructure, including vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector, plus strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to own projects from architecture through delivery and work independently in a senior-heavy remote team.

Nice to have

• Experience building security, risk, compliance, policy, or violation-detection tooling.
• Experience at an agentic or AI-native product company.
• Experience working fully remotely across time zones on a small, autonomous team.
