• Lead, hire, and mentor a team of 7+ Finance IT Systems professionals.
• Own the end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP roadmap to drive scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Architect and design NetSuite capabilities to modernize core finance processes.
• Lead the integration of financial systems during M&A activities.
• Manage Oracle partnerships, licensing, and external vendor contracts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation, optimization, and administration.
• Deep knowledge of finance operations and accounting workflows.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience integrating and unifying financial systems from M&A.
• Ability to collaborate with global business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with a track record of measurable improvements.
