What you will do

• Line manage and mentor an infrastructure engineering team while promoting high-performance and modern engineering practices.
• Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code, Policy as Code, CI/CD, API-driven automation, automated testing, and observability.
• Own the technical roadmap for infrastructure and tooling supporting secure enterprise browser and server security products.
• Lead the transition from ClickOps to DevOps through automation, delivery through code, and continuous improvement.
• Promote agile delivery, maintain relationships with internal product teams and vendors, and improve service quality.
• Balance secure controls with usability and effective end-user experiences.

Requirements

• Hands-on modern infrastructure engineering experience, including configuration and policy as code, CI/CD, GitHub, Terraform, PowerShell, and Python.
• Proven experience in system automation, API integrations, and continuous service improvement.
• Approximately five years of infrastructure engineering leadership experience with line management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and RHEL server endpoint security and secure browsing solutions.
• Experience with Server EDR platforms such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike Falcon, or SentinelOne, and secure browser tools such as Island or Palo Alto Networks.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional endpoint security tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Experience participating in an out-of-hours or on-call rota.
• Security or cloud security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Microsoft security certifications.
