Location: Leeds, UK; hybrid work with two office days per week

Salary: £80,000–£95,000 plus benefits

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Operate distributed systems and improve their reliability, performance, and security.
• Contribute software development in Python, Go, or JavaScript and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and cross-functional teams while promoting cloud-native practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, Terraform, CI/CD, networking, security, and distributed systems.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration, including Kubernetes or ECS.
• Practical programming experience in Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Analytical approach and ability to work effectively in complex, evolving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools or agentic AI.
