Location: Hybrid, Hartlepool, UK. Candidates must demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK and be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level or higher).

What you will do

• Implement and maintain cloud landing zones, subscription structures, and baseline configurations.
• Provision shared platform services including network hubs and identity integrations.
• Develop and maintain Terraform templates and modules for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Build and maintain cloud networking components such as VNets, routing, DNS, and gateways.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automate identity provisioning and access workflows.
• Handle day-to-day platform operations, incident response, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Azure and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform).
• Solid understanding of cloud networking and identity fundamentals.
• Experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering environments.
• Proficiency in scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Intermediate or advanced cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or OCI).
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance and possessing pre-existing right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise network environments (VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect).
• Administration of Windows Server (Active Directory) or Unix/Linux systems.
• Exposure to container platforms and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE).
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
