What you will do

• Lead a specialist cyber threat intelligence team and set direction for its work.
• Identify, analyse, and communicate significant cyber threats, adversaries, and campaigns.
• Embed actionable threat intelligence into security operations, systems, and controls.
• Improve the collection and analysis of intelligence using leading CTI and AI tooling.
• Translate complex intelligence into practical recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Influence senior leaders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant experience in cyber threat intelligence and intelligence-led cyber defence.
• Deep knowledge of intelligence requirements, structured analysis, and uncertainty assessment.
• Experience setting direction and leading high-performing specialist teams in a complex organisation.
• Technical credibility in integrating threat intelligence with security operations and control systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and senior-level influencing skills.
• Inclusive, improvement-focused leadership style that develops people and challenges established thinking.
