Salary: £92,701–£119,966 outside London; £107,304–£138,864 in London.

What you will do
- Lead a specialist cyber threat intelligence team and set direction for its work.
- Identify, analyse, and communicate significant cyber threats, adversaries, and campaigns.
- Embed actionable threat intelligence into security operations, systems, and controls.
- Improve the collection and analysis of intelligence using leading CTI and AI tooling.
- Translate complex intelligence into practical recommendations and measurable outcomes.
- Influence senior leaders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant experience in cyber threat intelligence and intelligence-led cyber defence.
- Deep knowledge of intelligence requirements, structured analysis, and uncertainty assessment.
- Experience setting direction and leading high-performing specialist teams in a complex organisation.
- Technical credibility in integrating threat intelligence with security operations and control systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and senior-level influencing skills.
- Inclusive, improvement-focused leadership style that develops people and challenges established thinking.
