What you will do

• Implement, integrate, and optimize AI-powered cybersecurity protections for diverse client environments.
• Design and propose robust solution architectures for complex deployments across network, cloud, OT, and email coverage areas.
• Execute deployment projects within established Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Manage technical customer support tickets and proactively ensure deployment health.
• Collaborate across go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience implementing cyber defense tools and protecting networks against security threats.
• Advanced knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN/WAN, the OSI reference model, and cybersecurity principles.
• Broad understanding of network and cloud architecture design and best practices.
• Proficiency in OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model.
• Advanced knowledge or certifications from vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London Office, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing hirify.global sensors and software modules in cloud, email, and OT environments.
• Experience with hirify.global deployment options, integrations, and response enablement/tuning.
• Fluency in an additional European language.
