Location: Hybrid (Cambridge, UK): Compulsory attendance of 2 days a week in the office

What you will do

• Research and identify product use cases that can benefit from agentic workflows.
• Design and prototype agentic systems to improve customer experience and security outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and ML specialists to move ideas from concept to prototype.
• Maintain and deepen expertise in both AI and security through ongoing open-ended research projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with core hirify.global technologies (Network, Email, Cloud, and Endpoint).
• Foundational knowledge or strong interest in developing agentic workflows.
• Ability to reason logically and solve complex problems in unfamiliar situations.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
