What you will do

• Lead a team delivering customer-specific AI integrations and production deployments.
• Partner with enterprise engineering teams to connect cloud platforms, data warehouses, internal APIs, and AI workflows.
• Build production AI agents, multi-agent systems, RAG solutions, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Develop prompt libraries, experimentation strategies, A/B tests, and fine-tuning pipelines.
• Debug issues across data pipelines, infrastructure, integrations, and model outputs.
• Translate recurring customer needs into product improvements and document reusable architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Production Python expertise and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or the OpenAI API.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern data infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Production experience building AI agents, autonomous systems, LLM applications, vector search, or RAG architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, Bicep, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements such as SOC 2, GDPR, or HIPAA.
• Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, product engineering, or customer enablement.
• Domain expertise in finance, healthcare, government, or manufacturing.
