Salary: $147,060–$191,516 base pay, plus potential bonus and long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise ML and GenAI platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, and budget.
• Lead LLM and foundation-model initiatives, including RAG, prompt orchestration, fine-tuning, safety guardrails, and agentic AI.
• Build and operate secure, scalable AI engineering platforms with observability, resilient architecture, AIOps, and automated model validation.
• Develop feature stores, data pipelines, and inference-ready datasets in collaboration with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, and DataOps.
• Integrate AI applications into enterprise workflows such as copilots, intelligent assistants, document summarization, and domain-specific question answering.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI engineering team while communicating strategy and outcomes to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading product or technical teams and delivering large-scale initiatives.
• 2+ years of Generative AI experience and proven experience with complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with ML infrastructure, MLOps, LLMs, RAG pipelines, GenAI application integration, and production AI systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and successful completion of the interview process.
