What you will do

• Partner with sales and solutions teams to analyze client technical stacks and data pipelines during early-stage discovery.
• Construct rapid prototypes, mock integrations, and core code patterns to demonstrate technical feasibility.
• Embed with client engineering teams to transition architectures into live production environments.
• Tackle complex systems integration challenges across diverse cloud providers and automated frameworks.
• Deliver production-ready codebases with architectural guardrails and comprehensive documentation.
• Mentor client engineers on established patterns and environments to ensure seamless technical hand-offs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Senior or Staff-level engineering background with a track record of shipping production-grade systems.
• Mastery of modern backend environments such as Python and complex API integration patterns.
• Deep competence with at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong consultative skills to translate ambiguous requirements into execution plans with engineering leadership.
• Ability to land in unfamiliar codebases and begin committing clean code on day one.
