What you will do

• Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap in line with business and engineering priorities.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure systems.
• Set and maintain SLAs and SLOs for uptime, performance, and developer experience.
• Manage, mentor, and support an engineering team while driving technical delivery.
• Design, build, and optimize backend services for AI agents, evaluation tooling, and automation.
• Partner with product, security, customers, and engineering leadership to improve deployment operations and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, including 2+ years managing infrastructure or platform teams.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code with tools such as Terraform or Pulumi, and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience managing highly available, reliable, and scalable production environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
• Experience with modern developer platforms and internal tooling that improve engineering velocity.
