What you will do

• Design and ship AI-agent-powered features across backend data models and React interfaces.
• Own end-to-end delivery, breaking ambiguous projects into milestones and coordinating execution.
• Work directly with customers to refine features and inform product direction.
• Collaborate with design to improve frontend polish and define interaction patterns.
• Make strong technical decisions and deliver high-quality software in an iterative environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack roles.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Postgres, and NestJS.
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end in a startup environment.
• Product-oriented approach to designing customer-focused features, not only writing code.
• Willingness to work in person from the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic products.
• Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or observability.
• Experience as a founder, founding engineer, tech lead, or product manager.
