What you will do

• Identify and launch new revenue streams and improve monetization of existing ones.
• Design and execute activation and cross-sell programs to increase revenue per user and product adoption.
• Execute local growth efforts, including community building, affiliate, brand, and influencer marketing.
• Own initiatives to improve gross margin by growing revenue or reducing COGS and operating costs.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and partners.
• Track and report P&L impact of active projects.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC-backed company, top-tier management consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Business fluency in English.
• Must be based in London or willing to relocate (Visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience as an expat living in London.
