What you will do

• Lead complex business analysis for high-impact initiatives across digital commerce, personalization, subscriptions, and publishing operations.
• Translate commercial objectives into actionable business requirements with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with product, engineering, data analytics, and data science teams to shape and deliver commerce solutions.
• Define, execute, and evaluate experiments focused on personalization, revenue growth, and operational improvements.
• Map business processes and guide process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Influence senior stakeholders through structured problem framing, financial reasoning, and data-informed recommendations while mentoring business analysis and AI/ML practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of business analysis experience in digital commerce, subscriptions, or retail.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous business problems into structured questions and clear requirements.
• Strong experience working with product, engineering, data analytics, and data science teams.
• Experience using data and financial reasoning to challenge assumptions and support recommendations.
• Experience mapping complex business processes and leading process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, measurement, unit economics, ROI, and executive-level communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with personalization, next-best-action frameworks, or decision automation.
• Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and responsible data practices.
